Cotto Belltown Reviews
Discovered by accident walking around Belltown, Seattle. DELICIOUS and creative Itailian. Greeted by owner, nice that privately owned.
Delicious melding of flavors especially in angollotti and Burratta. Fresh ingredients farm to table style. Highly recommend!

Great food & excellent service. We had a lovely evening sitting out on the quaint patio. I would highly recommend Cotto!
This was one of the best meals in Seattle and so grateful for the gluten free options. We visited after working up from the waterfront and appreciated the staff who were friendly and fun. The broccoli was amazing as was the bolognese sauce with the gluten free pasta. The owner shared some time with us and made some recommendations for our visit. My appreciation for the experience is five star. I will visit again when back in Seattle.

Cotto Belltown is a charming restaurant that offers a delicious dining experience. The service is attentive, with a friendly staff, and the owner often present to add a personal touch. The food is exceptional, featuring highlights such as the Carbonara and the amazing meatball appetizer sauce. Guests can enjoy expertly prepared pasta, salad, and pizza, including the Margarita pizza, which some have found fabulous. The menu is fun and inventive, with a variety of fresh salads and woodfired dishes that are marvelous. The pasta is house made, light, and perfectly cooked, balancing brightness and richness beautifully. The chicory salad and burrata with roasted stone fruit and prosciutto are favorites, and the pizza is highly praised as nuts! The restaurant also makes a fantastic espresso martini. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, although the decor might lack a bit, with only one neon sign standing out. Reviewers have noted the friendly staff, good food, and nice ambiance. The prices are very reasonable, and the corkage fee for wine is standard. Overall, Cotto Belltown provides a warm and inviting Italian experience for visitors.
