Really like this place, but it’s almost never open
Prices are decent and food is delicious. The decor is super cute too. I just wish it was cleaner. It's not unsanitary, just a bit dingy.
Great lighting, good food, really well priced especially for Fremont. kind staff. The tip screen says 1-3% instead of 25-35%.

Based on customer reviews, CrackleMi Catering offers some of the best banh mi’s, with incredible flavor and a grilled char on the pork. The bread and quality of meat are good, though some find too much meat. The broken rice bowls have a lot of food for the price, and the pork egg roll is good and perfectly crispy. The combo vermicelli bowl is full of fresh and pickled veggies and greens with generous meat. The mango smoothie is surprisingly very tasty. The egg coffee is amazing, but the Eggcited banh mi was disappointing as it came with scrambled egg instead of the described fried eggs. The inside of the restaurant is very cute with lots of plants. It has a typical low-key Asian restaurant atmosphere. Service is fast, and ordering is easy. Everything is super customizable, and gluten free options are clearly marked. Free jasmine tea and chili oil are set out. A drawback is the city working on the sidewalk at the Fremont location, making it difficult to enter. The restaurant used to be open late but is now only open earlier and on week days.
