Cupcakes are really second to none. Service is fantastic. Their outlook of welcoming and inclusion of all people... ALL people is great.The only downside is cost, it truly is getting out of hand. I'll continue to be a loyal customer but over the last couple years, I've had to cut my visits to CR by more than half.Still love their product tho.

Cupcake Royale is my favorite cupcake shop in Seattle!The customer service is great and the clerks are always friendly to me. The atmosphere is very hip but also very casual and is a great place to meet up with a friend. It has a very coffee shop type of vibe.They serve cupcakes, coffee, and more! I got some to give away. They didn’t put the dividers/inserts to put the cupcake steady. One fell over and I had to stand it upright and looks like it got eaten some. I was too embarrassed to give this to somebody else.
