What a cool bar under the Amazon spheres! It has a super cool entrance and ramp that leads you down to the bar. Luckily we came at a slow time and got some time to chat with our bartender Trevor. He made me something that was off menu and delicious! It was a floral gin with some egg white and burnt sage on top. The Trevor special was very awesome and he was a very hospitable bartender. We ordered another drink that contained duck fat and it tasted quite umami like and sarsaparilla-like....
Absolutely loved it. Not quite as secret as some places locally, but still an amazing atmosphere. Very intimate and dark so be prepared for that, and definitely reserve ahead of time.
Food was good, but not really why we came here.
Drinks were phenomenal, got the Aeneas & Orkney and was exactly what I was looking for. Partner got the May She Reign and it was also very good.

I was actually looking for a divey type bar but settled here because the tender was nice and accommodating. They have decent list of cocktails and selection of spirits, especially bourbon and whiskey. They also have Japanese whisky which is what I tried and it was good.
Cute place if it's your jam, not usually mine but they welcomed me and I'm glad I stay for a round.
