My first time to order take out at Dur Cucina in West Seattle. I ordered one of the best sellers - Short Ribs Ragu. The pasta is chewy, short ribs and sauce are just right. The food is so delicious, so I forgot to take a photo. lol
Went back with my husband but we tried the Capitol Hill location and the consistency of the taste and quality is 👌👌👌. We will definitely go back. I ordered the pesto with crispy tofu and its the perfect combination for me. My husband loved the carbonara with cured pork cheek. I wasn't able to take a picture again because we're hungry 😅
Absolutely some of the best pasta I’ve had outside of Italy! And I have eaten a lot of pasta. Lots of high end restaurants that couldn’t touch it, and the price point was close to unbelievable for the quality. My husband had the carbonara, and my daughter and I split the white truffle pasta. Amazing!
