Dumplings of Fury Reviews
I ordered Tofu Bao at the Hilliard location 5/19/24. I paid with a card and received verification from my bank that the payment was pending. When I picked up the order, I was told the payment didn't go through on their side. Against my better judgement, I paid again with cash. The payment did go through and I was charged twice. Dumplings of Fury is a restaurant that offers a mix of delicious and satisfying experiences. The dumplings and bao are a highlight, with flavors that are both spicy and fresh. The Fiery Chicken Bao, BBQ Pork Bao, Szechuan Beef Bao, and Fried Chicken Bao are popular items, along with appetizers like Avocado Egg Rolls, Chicken Egg Rolls, and Shrimp & Chive Dumplings. The restaurant has a wide range of sauces and serves pickled radish and daikon with their items. Some dishes, such as the chicken fried rice and noodle dishes, have been criticized for being bland, but the Szechuan Noodles are very tasty with abundant vegetables. The service is friendly, with workers taking time to explain the menu and offer good options. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere, with 4 generous 4-top tables, 2 intimate 2-top tables, and a small corner seating area. It is very clean and tidy, with ever-present chili oil on the tables. The food is well made and more health-oriented, with shareable servings like the Broccoli and greenbeans. Dumplings come in a 6-pack bowl, either steamed or delightfully crunchy when deep fried. The restaurant also offers Mexican Coke, Sprite, draft beers, and cocktails. While some customers have had positive experiences, others have left feeling unsatisfied due to inconsistent portioning. Parking is West Seattle, and the place looks inviting, enticing, and efficient.
