I lived basically across the street in 2017 and this is the #1 thing I crave from my time in Seattle. The bagels are solid, the spreads are incredible, and the vibe is exactly what you’d expect. God, my mouth is watering just thinking about it. Highly recommend.
We ordered the sesame and cinnamon raisin bagel. The texture of both were just okay. The cinnamon one was not chewy enough. It came with limited rains and was not flavorful enough. The sesame bagel had a slightly better texture, but not outstanding. I’ve definitely had better bagels in other places in Seattle.
The best bagels I’ve had in my life, I eat one nearly everyday. These far surpass the most famous Montreal bagel spots. Actually pure perfection, I think about what I’d do if I moved and didn’t have access to Eltana far too often.
