Great coffee great baristas. I forgot my credit card at the coffee shop but they were kind to keep it safe for me until the next day. I liked the white velvet latte more than cafe Nico (which was too small of a quantity for me haha).
I ordered a regular Caffe Latte, and it was so different. It’s incredibly smooth and doesn't have the harsh, bitter kick. There’s a natural sweetness to it—almost like caramel or maybe a hint of flowers? It's hard to describe, but it’s delicious and very easy to drink. If you’re like me and hate bitter coffee, you have to try this place!
This is not Starbucks. If you want great tasting coffee made by great human beings, Vivace is the place to go in Seattle. The wait is worth it for their craft. Ask for their house whipped cream on the mocha.
