between B & C terminals I have frequented twice and both times was happy with the Super bowl wrap and a cobb like one. People serving were pleasant both times through. I was so grateful that I could get a healthy meal, but watch out the calories can still catch up with you. THey have salad, grain bowl and wrap. I did the wrap both times and this was my main meal of the day
The Spicy + Kale Caesar is the best. I used to frequent the Evergreens in Bellevue when I worked there - very happy to be again working right next to Evergreens in Pioneer Square. I love that they mix the salad for you, and you can customize with grains, light/medium/heavy dressing, protein, and lots of toppings!

We ordered two salads here...the Cobb Your Enthusiasm (hope they sought legal advice on naming this entry) and the El Sombrero. Both were excellent. Lots of complimentary add-ons if desired. Prices are reasonable. Unusually healthy airport option.
