Five Guys offers amazing service even in stressful times, with delicious, crispy fries. Many customers love the Cajun fries and appreciate how they are given extra fries, enhancing the experience. While some find the burgers good but not special beyond the long list of toppings, others enjoy the friendly service and clean atmosphere, which can feel a bit stuffy. The staff treats everyone equally, making for a pleasant dining experience. Though the prices can be considered a bit expensive, many feel the quality of food and the overall experience are worth it. The Cheese Burger with grilled onions and mushrooms may not meet expectations for everyone, but the excellent treatment from the staff makes a positive impact. Additionally, having peanuts to snack on while waiting for food is a nice touch.
