i love this place. menu is good, the vibes are nostalgic & cozy.
the food is somewhere between home cooked & restaurant food. the prices are fair/appropriate for some items, but too high for others. but they have a few signature dishes & beverages, & those are beloved for a reason.
its not perfect, but i love this place for what it is. & when i walk in and smell the 90s cigarette soaked carpet, it puts a smile on my face.

On my first work trip to Seattle I'd just wander around the neighborhoods after work. I was checking out Seattle's Chinatown, when I stepped into a weird mall and found this Japanese sports bar upstairs.
A little dark, a little dingy, the bartender wasn't that friendly (well, he did take shots with a regular at the bar, so he was selectively friendly, but he did keep me well served), and maybe because I have attachment issues I instantly loved...

Amazing omurice, nothing fancy but just hit the spot, especially when you rinse it down with some Asahi Super dry.
