For a 60th Birthday a group of us took a trip to Seattle to celebrate. One of the wishes of the guest of honor was a special cake. Hunting the web I found from V with Love. Val was absolutely wonderful to work with and her cake was an amazing work of art. It took us forever to pick out what flavor we wanted, all sounds fantastic. We picked the Coffee Delight. All I can say is WOW. The cake was a hit and something that will always be remembered. Thank you Val!
I tried my first pastry box this past weekend after hearing about the beautiful cakes. There was a passionfruit croissant and that itself sold me because passionfruit anything is guaranteed yums! The box also contained a strawberry cream croissant, a hazelnut treat, a moist cake that was soaked in limoncello syrup and topped with cream and fruit, and a small mousse cake.
