Hot pot experience was great, service was not what I expected at the price point. Staff seemed really young, so no hate to them, the business just should have hired more experienced servers. Despite the restaurant being only about half full during our meal, staff seemed very busy and not the most attentive besides refilling water. Stopped here for dinner. It was a first time for Chinese hot pot. We did a combo of 4 broths, seafood, beef sirloin, and assorted veggies. It a fun novelty with cooking your own food, but I didn’t think the beef quality was that great. I don’t think I’d go again because it was almost $200 for 2 people
