We ate here during our family vacation. The food was good and so was the service and atmosphere. It was busy but they made room for the eight of us. We will be back.

This place is kinda disgusting. I saw two rats in the restroom. When I tried talking to the manager, I think his name is Caine. He tried hitting on me while trying to not answer my question. He tried putting his hand on my leg. I felt extremely violated. I'm trying to get in contact with Kristen. What ever you do, do not eat here. For the love of God please don't do it.

Sandwich was oddly dry, but good. Had the meat been a little juicer it would have been perfect. Vibes and service were great!

We love the original location and were so excited when this one opened up closer to home but the quality of service is just not the same. Field roast sandwiches are always over-toasted to the point of having to break off the charred bits.The biggest issue however is the inconsistent hours and take out options. Over half the time we try to order the online ordering is turned off even though the shop is still open. There have been a couple times when the online ordering was disabled and we decided to walk down in case they were just busy. We don’t mind waiting and could have a drink while we wait, but instead we find 2 maybe 3 tables and staff oblivious to someone walking in or the bar portion closed.I understand emergencies happen, people call in sick, but there needs to be more consistency or at least communication. This is why you have social media and a website.

Overpriced and just ok. I always had a high opinion of honey hole on pike when I was growing up here. Now the sandwiches are $14 and maybe 10% better than subway. The bread was stale and the sandwich unwieldy/messy.

I came in today and was seated at a table by the waitress, I was seated and my order was taken. 45 minutes later I still didn’t receive my my food. I went to check on my food and the order was not entered into the computer. The restaurant was empty at this time with only one other costumer so I don’t know how you can mess that up.

Shay was a great server we love the Honey Hole and the E Jefferson location is even closer to our house than the original location. Very friendly.

I'm obsessed with their BLT sandwich. The bacon is so thick and the ingredients are fresh. The staff are always friendly and I've never had issues with my order. A bit expensive as far as sandwiches go, but worth it if you can spare the extra few bucks!

Service was mediocre. Our group ordered a mix of traditional meat sandwiches and vegetarian sandwiches and they were large portions, tasted fine but greasy and nothing special. The cheese fries were more cheese than fries and just shredded cheddar cheese that had melted and hardened, not a traditional soft melty cheese dip. Overall filling but nothing special for the price
Hey Alan was fantastic. We sat at the bar and he was super friendly and accommodating about our questions. We had some excellent beer and I was able to get a delicious version of an off menu cocktail I used to get in the past. Thanks honeyhole for always being great. We used to live next to the original location and now we live next to this one ❤️❤️❤️

I've eaten here many times and the food is excellent. As a to-go option honey hole is a great time and I love their sandwiches. However, it feels like the Jefferson location has been understaffed or otherwise overwhelmed because the service has not been very good, especially recently.I am more than happy to wait a while after placing an order for food, but my girlfriend and I were hungry and waited about fifteen minutes for someone to just come talk to us at our table and that never happened. We ultimately decided to just leave and get food elsewhere which was a huge bummer, but we were just too hungry to keep waiting.To give as much credit as possible to honey hole, it's true that my girlfriend and I originally tried to sit outside before giving up from the cold and moving inside, which likely complicated things for the staff. However, sitting outside was offered as an option by the host when we walked in and we still waited over ten minutes once inside to be given a chance to order our food and that just never happened.
