Used too good to go and there’s nothing there but vegetables and rice. Not worth the drive for “$25” worth of food. It’s more like a $10 food that got charged $8. Parking is also impossible. Won’t be back.

The lunch buffet is a steal! All-you-can-eat with no time limit, and the food is just as good as you'd get if you ordered the dishes themselves. It's not the most extensive buffet—some salads, half a dozen Indian staples like tandoori and butter chicken, a couple desserts, and notably no drinks—but the food is excellent and the price is just unbeatable.

I also ordered a chai, a mango lassi, and a rasmalai to try and they were all delicious.

We got takeout from Indian bistro it wasn't the same as eating in the restaurant the portions were smaller and we were a little disappointed

I got two things with good2go from here and got scammed

“$25 value” for $8: half a portion of leftover rice and vegetarian dish with no paneer or even lentils. Just carrots and some peas. One incredibly small leg of tandoori chicken cut in half so it’s even smaller. Barely enough food for one person. Ridiculous to claim this as a $25 value.

“$10 value” for $4: Chai tea. One small styrofoam cup of leftover tea from the buffet.

Insanely insulting and they were rude when I went to pick it up.

Saw the sign driving by and decided to try the lunch buffet-glad I did! Food was excellent and service was friendly. Nice atmosphere to relax and watch Market Street on a rainy afternoon. Lunch buffet and lunch specials are very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Definitely recommend going there!!
The food was flavorful and not too spice (good for people who like good food but can’t handle spice). I ordered the menu #1 (Butter chicken, chana masala, cocktail samosa, rice and naan) to go (first pic). It was very well-balanced in terms of price, quality, and portion size.
The owner was a very friendly person. I’m not from the USA and helped me while I was counting the money. He also gave me good touristic spots advice.

This business is anti public transit and pro parking. If you value walkable cities that prioritize pedestrians over single occupancy cars, don't spend your money here. The owner was on KOMO news complaining about bus only lanes and loss of parking spots. Just a reminder, businesses don't control public infrastructure and should be shamed when they try to influence it for personal gain.

Below mediocre at best. Ordered chicken korma which oddly had peas in it. Bland flavorless sauce, lacking in complexity of flavor. Mother India beats this place hands down.

I had tried their lunch buffet and it was okay to the penny you are paying however the Indian food taste was missing.

If I could put less than a one I would. Every thing was sweet (no need to order sweet dish) and bland, the naan was raw, the same gravy in each item.
I order Kashmiri rice after I read the description it said fruit and special spices, when I got it I was so surprised because not only were there no fruits but when i tried it, it just had the same gravy as the Mali kofta and Shahi paneer (the other two things I got that also had the same gravy). The food doesn’t taste Indian food.

Great restaurant with great prices happy to come back and bring more business and refer others to support this local business that’s been around since 1997. The chai tea is also great! I’ve happy a lot of chai teas around Seattle and it’s authentic.
