We got the picnic and upgraded the sides to full size. It was my dad, me, my sister and two kid siblings. 5 of us. 3 adults, 1 teen, 1 kid. We enjoyed the food a lot and it took 20 minutes of waiting for food from the time we sat down.
It was delicious. The ribs were a bit dry. So was the chicken. Flavor was great and we were all pretty full!
Mac was bomb. Corn bread was good flavor but a bit too dense for me. Brisket was great. Collard greens...

Hands down best Texas style BBQ in the PNW. We are from the Midwest and this was spot on. 20/10. Higher recommend the picnic platter for a party of 4-6 and cornbread and mash potatoes for sides a must.
I am a Texan of over 30 years. Raised in Central Texas and lived outside of Austin for a big portion of that time. Second, I worked at a BBQ joint when I was going to college as a line cook. I know GOOD Texas BBQ.
After having many coworkers nudge me to try this spot, I finally gave in. Sadly, the hype built around the food was not met. It was okay....okay if you have never experienced real BBQ...
