They touched the food without wearing gloves while making the smoothi. Also microaggression.

Delicious always and the elevator for the parking garage - hilarious. Each floor is an animal and the elevator barks, meows, roars, and more.

please change your hours to show that you do NOT do delivery, and please contact someone to get your store taken off of doordash delivery.
They cut off the $1 Jamba early, despite advertising they’d be serving to 6pm.

We visited this place because their website mentioned about plant based menu and details. However I was disappointed to see the menu at the store. No clear vegan indication and didn’t have vegan savory options.

The drinks are okay & can be made vegan but I wish they clearly marked vegan options on the store menu.

Their shakes don't seem to taste as good. Less flavor and not as thick.

It's just not as good as homemade smoothies.
This is a typical, well-run Jamba Juice. I LOVE the seasonal Pumpkin Smash smoothie and would get it everyday if I wasn’t broke. This location is clean and seems well managed. Sometimes if they have a lot of online orders it can take a while, but they always work quickly. I come here often and have never had a bad experience.
Incredibly disappointed. I’m not sure if this is just this one location or a company-wide issue, but they have changed their menus again so that literally everything has milk in it! Six years ago most of the menu was either dairy-free, used frozen yogurt (low-lactose), or was designed so dairy items could easily be switched out or substituted.Three years ago they changed the menu so that only a very limited range of “just fruit” items were safe for lactose-intolerant people like myself.Today, I walked in to discover that NONE of those options were available anymore! Every single menu items now lists multiple forms of sherbet AND 2% milk with NO option to make substitutions!I can’t find any explanation for these changes online either, so what gives?! Jamba Juice, why do you keep changing your menu to make it completely inaccessible to the ONE group of people for whom fruit smoothies should be safe?!

This is a typical Jamba. The staff was friendly. If you are planning to be in the U Village this is great. If looking for a quick stop to get a Jamba, there is plenty of parking in the garage, but it may take a bit to find a spot.
Male worker with green hair screams at the top of his lungs when making mistakes and puts off very off putting image for the business
Extremely overpriced & way too sweet. My smoothie wasn’t even fully blended.
