Acai bowl was too pricey
Good açaí bowls but why do the lids never fit?
Great pastries and juices and great prices
Usually great, but today I received a half-melted room temperature açaí bowl. This is how melted it was after only a 7 minute walk home. (And it’s only 67° today). Disappointed for a $16 bowl.

Great acai bowl, coffee was just okay. Needs a bit more comfortable seating/somewhere cozy, but otherwise good!

I stop by Kitanda in the U District pretty often, and I’m always impressed by how fast and consistent they are. Even when it’s busy, the staff keeps things moving and the service is smooth.
They’re not super chatty, but they’re polite, quick, and get the job done right, which I actually prefer when I’m on the go. Great spot for a quick and tasty bite!
