Came here when craving a good açaí bowl. One of the best ones I’ve had in a long time. The service was fast and easy. Enjoyed a good snack! Will come visit again very soon.

$1 extra for oat milk in an 8 oz latte.

Foods good, interior is clean. Staff lacks situational awareness.

Sat Oct 19th 1pm, looked at me multiple times while I stood at the register but then continued to talk until I motioned for them to come take my order. Then when serving my order they put it on the opposite side of the shop and didn't even announce it. I looked up thinking they called my order, it was hard to hear over them yelling at each other.. they looked at me and then proceeded to keep yapping to each other... after 10 minutes I got up and looked for my order.

When I found it I said thanks for letting me know it was ready.. " we called it a few times"... Nah, you didn't.

Coffee tasted great - added flavors were perfectly balanced so it wasn’t too sweet and I could still taste the coffee. Also the coconut bun was the best pastry I’ve had in recent memory. And the playlist was fire. 11/10 would recommend to a friend.

The staff are friendly and it's a nice space. I found the coffee was more bitter & dark than my preference, but can't speak to any of the other food & drink items. Prices are very reasonable (~$5 for a 16oz iced latte).

Overall not a terrible coffee stop if you're already in the area, but I wouldn't go out of my way to get here.

Healthy food.
Some of the absolute nicest people in Seattle.
Always a delight to enjoy the space created and maintained here-

Well it was- now it’s more of a-
-tablet order taker-
& much less staff interactions…
-
The atmosphere is much more a “corporate lunch room” than it was before…

First time at this location. I almost couldn't find it, wasn't expecting it to be in a bank. The location was nice and clean inside, and the air conditioning felt amazing, as it is 93 outside. The workers were pleasant and our bowls were served quickly. All three of us got energy bowls. I will say they did my bowl amazing. Normally when I order extra peanut butter I get a little bit, but this one was peanut butter heaven. I would come back again when in the area.

Love Kitanda!

The door was locked when I got here because it's connected to an apartment complex I think. I had to wave someone down to open the door.

Went for coffee. Pretty good and well priced. The only thing I would recommend is maybe some light music for the atmosphere. It's Brazilian so I'd love to hear some regional cafe vibes.

By far the worst experience. Waited longer than 15 min for one chicken cone and one cheese bread which were both already made. Server not very friendly
