Good food, but customer service could be smoother.The pastries and catering platters are always a hit, but the customer service can feel a bit dismissive and rushed when they get busy. The pricing is also on the higher side for the portion sizes you get. It’s a decent place for a quick French treat, but there are other bakeries in Seattle that offer a friendlier, more welcoming atmosphere.

I don’t recommend this place for catering/delivery. I called twice to try to pay the catering bill (someone else made the order but I needed to pay because I have the business cc). Both times I was told by an employee that they were unable to take payment but a manger would call me back. Nobody ever called me back. Another coworker of mine had to show up in person to pay the bill....

Absolutely delightful bakery with fantastic lunch specials. I've loved every single thing I've gotten here. Huge fan of the rose macrons and the pear/ rosemary tart. I would highly recommend this place for lunch in East lake. They have wonderful sandwiches.
