The food and coffee was superb! The barista who took our order was somber and snarky. The restroom was F-I-L-T-H-Y! (Weeks and months of neglect, not merely today’s mess.) Appalling for an establishment which otherwise appears classy. Side note: NO SF flavors?? None at all?
Granted I was hungry, but I'm sure the two sandwiches I just ate are both in the top six I've had in 50 years.

But the cleaning practices here are so bad. The floors are always dirty and sticky, full of crumbs. Toilets are in terrible shape. Not the seat cover itself but the floors, around the toilet itself and the corners are accumulated with dust. You can definitely tell that no cleaning crew visits this place. I just want them...
