The food is tasty, presentation gorgeous and the atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. However, while the photo shows a delicious looking sandwich, this is not a panini as written on the menu!! My kids both ordered a panini thinking they were getting something warm and grilled. This is a cold sandwich. And it's not cheap!! So I ended up with 2 sandwiches that no one would eat. Such a waste of money.
Really great pastries. Fantastic! Unfortunately, some of the younger staff seem to be really annoyed by the customers, they make you feel unwelcome and frequently mess up the coffee orders then blame you. It does seem like they lack training and common courtesy. They often seem frazzled and unable to listen and follow multiple steps. We are polite and nice to them, is it too much to ask for that in return? This has happened quite a few times. The cake and cupcake frosting tastes...
I usually come here every Wednesday or Thursday and I’ve generally had a good experience, the pastries are great. However, this time I ordered a tuna panini and the bread was very hard and stiff, it didn’t seem fresh and was difficult to eat. The tuna itself was okay, nothing extraordinary. For the price, I was honestly expecting much more. Unfortunately, this visit didn’t leave me with a good impression.
