Finally, we have found the gold standard for chicken katsu in Seattle again 🥹 Our favorite teriyaki restaurant (Teriyaki First in Udistrict) sadly closed during the pandemic, leaving us searching for a new teriyaki restaurant. After trying many spots, Manna Teriyaki is our new favorite, with the best crispy and tender katsu and katsu sauce, as well as excellent chicken and spicy chicken teriyaki.
