Great lobster roll and great mac and cheese. The portions were decent and had a good amount of lobster for the price. That alone changed my mind a lot to make this a 4 star. The service was friendly, but didn't seem the most sanitary as we could see the gloved hands handle food and everything else. They need more staff for the demand. Lastly and most egregious is that the ventilation was terrible and there was smoke all around the restaurant. May come again if craving lobster but don't want to spend too much.

Mac and cheese only has a few little hard to find pieces of lobster. Not worth the money at all
It's ok.

Situated across from the Seattle Art Museum, Mason's Famous Lobster Rolls serves up northeast-style seafood sandwiches.
I got the classic roll, which is lobster & mayo on a nice buttered crispy bun. The lobster is soft and salty and quite refreshing, helping to cut through the richness of the butter and mayo. Mine didn't come with a lemon but my friend's did, so a little squeeze of lemon is highly recommended.
Pretty well-priced for the amount of lobster that you get. I felt full but not stuffed after eating. Also comes with a pickle and free water inside. About $25- $30 including tax and tip.
Quick counter service, clean interior, a bit of a silly seaside hipster vibe.
Minimal vegetarian options, mostly sides. Nothing looked vegan. It's lobsta :P

The atmosphere of the restaurant is nice, the place is clean, and the service was friendly.
But I didn't really like the food, unfortunately. Everything was rather bland: the lobster bisque was salty and not much else; the lobster roll was lemony and not much else. The clam chowder was all right but nothing to write home about.
So I probably won't be back.

Outstanding!! Generous portions of lobster on the rolls. Travelled from Vancouver BC for Seahawks football to celebrate my birthday. Was apprehensive about a franchise proved me wrong.

Came for a lobster roll and side to share with my wife about an hour before closing. The food was mediocre and the service was ok. The restaurant was dirty and employees seemed overwhelmed for 3 people being in the lobby.

These lobster rolls are very delicious. The roll is toasted to perfection and nicely buttered along with the lobster, also buttery. This is one of my top 2 places to go for a lobster roll.

Excellent food! It came out slow. That's the only reason it gets a four.

The lobster burger is delicious enough, and the portion is larger than expected. There is a lot of lobster, but the shrimp burger is a bit ordinary, and the bread is toasted and crispy and delicious?
