“Quick tip, they are open 24hrs via a walk up window that you can order from online. This is super convenient for late night food as there aren’t many other options in this area.

Honestly this place is great. Inside dining room has a bunch of order kiosks, but is even better if you’re using the app. Service is quick and friendly, and it’s awesome knowing everyone working here is making at least $20/hr. Space is new so it’s super clean and modern looking.

The food is McDonalds, it’s not gonna win any awards but there’s a good chance you know exactly what you’re getting.

The app always has crazy deals so make sure you check it out if you wanna save some money on your order, this place has typical downtown fast food prices (expensive, especially if you’re from out of town)“

“You like McDonald's, this is one that makes the food right, but with the digital kiosks you won't really interact with the staff here for more than 10-20 seconds. They definitely don't go out of their way to make you smile, but the food is good, quick & hot.“

“The food was mid but the fries had an off taste, I also found a green fry. The staff was chatting all the time, not cleaning dirty tables. Some lady changed her baby in the bathroom and left the diaper in the sink, then she changed her naked baby in front of everybody (I defenetly didn't want to see that) and nobody threw away the diaper, the lady just left and when I told the employees, no one did anything.“

“Every time come in to get my order, I receive exceptional service and piping hot food made exactly as I like. But today stood out amongst others. Not only do they always remember me when I come in, but today I forgot my honey mustard. I order it every time. But the staff did not forget me. “I go out of my way to come to this location since the one at 900 Holman couldn't give a rats @$$ & over charge me by adding a cup charge! It's literally like 4 minutes from me but I'll drive an extra 6 mins to avoid toxic employees at the other location.
They're always friendly & fast.

“This is by far the best and cleanest McDonald's I have ever been. The stuff is kind, the food is good. and most importantly the place is pretty clean not other McDonald's locations in the downtown (which is filthy and filled with homeless people).“

“Very fast and tasty but nobody smiles. What can I say, you go here, Washington DC, Hawaii or the UK, if you order a Big Mac w\fries, you get the exact shape size and taste everywhere. If you like McDonald's then you will like this one, an Atypical Mickey D's.

“The moment I walked in I knew this was a different McDonald’s than others, I felt, alive. The service was spectacular and let me tell you about the fries…. GAME CHANGER. I almost cried tears out of my face but I knew that would only ruin the moment I’m having with these fries. Thank you for this day.“

“I see some negative comments here, and I can only speak from my own experience. I went there in the afternoon not busy hour and ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich meal, and it was made just perfectly, arguably one of the best that I’ve had at a McDonald’s, good enough for me to come back here and leave a review, and I don’t usually care to do this at all. “Best McDonald's I've been to since moving to Seattle 6yrs ago. Drive through..voice was clear and polite... accomodated a special order for soda water yes.. super super super polite server (sorry missed your name) handed me my meal. Checked I had everything and even made eye contact and smiled and said thank you... WOW.. and... Fries were super fresh and hot and it is the first quarter pounder ever here that was not falling apart. Perfectly layered..no side burger action... no grease on top. Bonza! Great work guys.“

Lol this place is a wreck. the dining area has been boarded up and it seems they have converted to a on-foot drive-though kind of experience. of course, I don't really know for sure as I didn't feel like approaching the crowd of homeless individuals that were screaming at each other and throwing their stuff around. I hope that this place doesn't get shut down, as despite my desire not to have to stand in line with said homeless individuals I do feel empathy for their situation and they should have access to affordable food somewhere.

Well, calling mcdonalds affordable these days is kind of a sick joke honestly. regardless, I view this location the same way I view homeless shelters, it's a public resource that doesn't really exists to serve me and that's fine. I'm giving it five stars so the heads of the company don't shut it down. Here's to hoping that one of their overpriced cheeseburgers keeps a homeless individual alive long enough to get themselves out of that situation.“
