“clean and modern location, very friendly and polite staff (one of the tidiest and most attractive mcdonald's ever). so glad they had kiosk ordering plus table service. mcgriddle combo was piping hot and filling. convenient location across from mopop and space needle.“

“The food was mid but the fries had an off taste, I also found a green fry. The staff was chatting all the time, not cleaning dirty tables. Some lady changed her baby in the bathroom and left the diaper in the sink, then she changed her naked baby in front of everybody (I defenetly didn't want to see that) and nobody threw away the diaper, the lady just left and when I told the employees, no one did anything.“

“The staff here is always so thoughtful and kind. It's the only McDonald's I've been to where they have table tents or table numbers to bring your food to you, and the team rarely seems to mess up an order! I've only had a messed up order once, it was minor, and fixed within a few minutes. Very glad this is my neighborhood McDonald's!“

“I'm giving this McDonald's a five-star rating because it sits in a very challenging area of Seattle. We have a lot of encampments in this area so a lot of issues related to this affect area businesses. This McDonald's always manages to keep their property clean even though that's not the case, just a block or two away. They do to this because of a store policy saying that they have to quickly sweep their parking lot and surrounding area every 30 minutes to do a cleanup. Just imagine what could happen if all businesses did the same, or something similar. Even having employees do a sweep once a day would be an improvement. The management at this McDonald's should get a lot of credit for this. Thank you.“

“Sometimes you just need a Diet Coke and an unsweetened tea with lemon.. The drive-thru employee, Sebastian!! He had the nicest manners coming through that headset to our car. Even kinder when we got to the window to pay. Super appreciated his genuine kindness“

“This is by far the best McDonald’s location in this area. The fries here are ALWAYS fresh, hot, crispy, and salted to perfection. Of the many times throughout the past school quarters I stop by here, the fries have never let me down once. The nuggets were a bit more inconsistent in the past, but recently they’ve been very hot and juicy. Most McDonald locations have similar tasting sandwiches, it’s always the fries that differentiate the locations and this location has the best fries by far.“

“I go out of my way to come to this location since the one at 900 Holman couldn't give a rats @$$ & over charge me by adding a cup charge! It's literally like 4 minutes from me but I'll drive an extra 6 mins to avoid toxic employees at the other location.
They're always friendly & fast.

“I went inside around 8:30pm only two kiosk to order from got our food pretty fast the only thing I really noticed was our drinks were not filled up all the way at least two finger links from the rim but besides that our food was hot and delicious“

“Always have a great experience at this McDonald's! The food is great at this location and employees are nice! When you do pickup order, they even wait til you come to load the fries to ensure they are fresh :) this can be a busy location with the drive-thru but they work hard and everything is done pretty quick! Highly recommend, thanks to all who work here“

“Great place for quick bite but also you do need to ask at the front counter to push button allow you to use the restroom's which is good for customers to be limited and not so trashed by the homeless community. But can say that everything was nice and clean and the staff was very attentive to us and our needs by coming by our table to ask if everything was ok and if we needed anything else! “Appreciating my brief stop for McD fries and cheese quarter-pounder deluxe, my typical order. This location had major renovation/ rebuild a year+ ago, and I like how it feels. I sit at the window seats with the counter facing the setting sun. The order kiosk works well, including request for a lighter serving of mayo on the burger, and food arrives magically: thanks, staff! Plus the packaging is of biodegradable materials... when I open it, the burger is nestled with fresh extra lettuces around it: looked nice. The restaurant was comfortable and clean, with a good layout offering a few zones.“

“Homeless back hanging out. They got ice no cream, you have to eat fries in the drive-thru. If not they will be cold and Nasty. Something ain't right about them fries. The Burgers aint hot and juicy nomore. What os going on guy's really?? ? ?

“Total shock! The redditors who told me this place was gourmet were wrong?!?!? how could they be so cruel as to fool me!?!?!

Lol this place is a wreck. the dining area has been boarded up and it seems they have converted to a on-foot drive-though kind of experience. of course, I don't really know for sure as I didn't feel like approaching the crowd of homeless individuals that were screaming at each other and throwing their stuff around. I hope that this place doesn't get shut down, as despite my desire not to have to stand in line with said homeless individuals I do feel empathy for their situation and they should have access to affordable food somewhere.

Well, calling mcdonalds affordable these days is kind of a sick joke honestly. regardless, I view this location the same way I view homeless shelters, it's a public resource that doesn't really exists to serve me and that's fine. I'm giving it five stars so the heads of the company don't shut it down. Here's to hoping that one of their overpriced cheeseburgers keeps a homeless individual alive long enough to get themselves out of that situation.“
