Incredible desserts here! I feel like you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Only negative experience was with a staff member who was not very polite and was saying rude things in Mandarin Chinese under their breath.
Be careful with parking. I don't know why the city placed sines in front of the new business in the new building that don't allow people to stop and grab carry out, but the parking meter person seemed to know the details of the signs well, and it's not business friendly. Maybe there's a way for the building owner to petition the city for something more realistic ?

Super delicious Asian desserts! It's a chain, but I really enjoyed it and haven't really had anything like it before. Their desserts are huge, cold, full of unique textures, and are not too sweet. They're extremely refreshing. There's plenty of seating, you can order at the counter, and sit down with a group of friends.
