Delicious food, huge portions and wonderful people!
The food was flavorful and the spices fantastic. It felt like it was made with love.
This place is fantastic. The whole operation is a one woman show and she's does everything; serving, cooking, taking takeout orders over the phone, and greeting everyone personally when they enter the business. The food is spectacular and if you're overwhelmed by options this place is perfect because the menu is straight to the point, one page for food and one page for drinks, and everything will taste amazing.

Meskel Ethiopian Restaurant offers delicious, flavorful Ethiopian food with super flavorful/tasty lamb and chicken, a veggie combo, yebera tibbs, and incredible vegetarian/vegan options served on fresh injera. The owner is extremely personal, the sweetest and most welcoming, an actual angel from heaven who is the cook, hostess, and server. The service is awesome, thoughtful, and attentive, with a relaxed, homey feeling in a clean place. The honey wine is some of the best, and two dishes are more than enough for two people. It is the best in Atl and a favorite in Seattle, with genuine warmth that makes guests feel like family.
