Definitely freshest and highest quality fish in the Fremont area. Skip Fremont Bowl and come here. What especially stands out (and gives me a sense of how much they care about the food) is that the surimi, seaweed salad, and egg omelette have that homemade taste.

Great lunch spot for poke bowls! The fish tasted super fresh and the portions were really satisfying. Everything tasted clean, flavorful, and well prepared. Perfect place for a quick lunch or something light but filling. The atmosphere was nice too and the service was friendly. Definitely a spot I would come back to when craving fresh poke.

We are long term customers of MINATO - been coming here since over 2 years ago when we first moved. Back then, the fish was very high quality and even if the bowls were a bit pricey, it was 100% worth the cost - 5 stars no question.

More recently, the prices have increased but more importantly, it seems the quality of the fish (we pretty much only get the chirashi bowl) has gone downhill. Dont get me wrong - it’s still some of the freshest fish in...
