I think this is the best Indian restaurant in Seattle! Great dishes that are very unique, but also very good. Menu changes constantly, so it’s nice treat every time we go back to try something new. Keep up the great service!

One of the best Indian dining experiences I've had in Seattle! The food at Mint is truly exceptional, especially for North Indian cuisine lovers. The jackfruit and goat cheese kulcha and the daulat ki chaat are absolute standouts—packed with flavor and beautifully presented. The ambiance and overall vibe add to the authentic Indian experience. Highly recommend Mint to anyone looking for top-quality Indian food in the city. A must-visit!
