Customer service is trash.I’d avoid using their website at all cost. I purchased a gift card for a friend’s birthday and online you have the option for digital or physical. I chose digital. When I went to my account to look for the card it had said that my payment status went through “Paid” but fulfillment status “unfulfilled.” I called to get this fixed but was told they’d pass my issue to the manager to call me back. No call back. I call again and the employee on the phone says the same thing. I call another time after deciding I just want a refund and the employee says “we’re super slammed at the moment so I won’t be able to refund you until til tomorrow.”Your store has accepted my money, I’m a customer like any other, in fact since you already took my money I should have been given the same attention to my case as an in-person customer, if not more than those in line that haven’t even paid yet! I’m still waiting for my situation to be fixed.

First time at Miro was a fantastic experience. I've never before had a pink Chai which is made from a green tea base and OMG was it delicious. Staff were very nice and the space was super inviting. I could've hung out there all day!

I enjoyed some lovely tea and a nut loaf. It is a charming place. I happened to arrive at a very busy time so it took a bit to get a table for my friend and I but with patience, one opened up. I can't imagine that it is that busy all of the time. It was very nice and I would recommend it.
Amazing little tea spot! Unfortunately it feels like you’re in a college coffee shop — music is always WAY TOO loud for a TEA spot. It’s crazy when the nearby bars are better spots to bring a book and enjoy a drink compared to a tea house.

I tried the Woodland latte and didn’t like mine much because it wasn’t sweetened enough for my taste. But if you enjoy less sweet/ plain beverages, you’ll probably like their drinks.

I used to be a huge fan of this place but over the past year especially the quality of the service (long wait times, incorrect orders, poorly made drinks, etc.) has gone down tremendously. The prices have always been extremely high but at least it used to feel like a premium place. Hopefully some staff training can turn this place around back to how it was a few years back.
