The place looked great and servers were very nice, but the food…. could be a lot better. The cut of meats are way too thick and are tough when cooked in the broth. The broth flavors were okay but I was mostly disappointed in the meats.

Tom yum hot pot is awesome, fried rice is great, mama noodles is a little salty. Definitely pick pork slice over beef next time. Boba is great! Love this place ?

Had such a fantastic time at this true gem of a restaurant. Authentic Thai hot-pot and appetizers. A full bar with loads of homemade specialty cocktails . This family owned restaurant seems to offer only the freshest ingredients, and this place is a real treat for foodies!!! A+++

WOWZA. 5 STARZ. By far the best hot pot I’ve had in the Seattle area. Light, fresh, delicious and flavorful. Normally when I leave a hot pot place I feel like Jabba the Hutt. I left this place feeling full but not too full and totally satisfied. The staff members were incredibly friendly and the vibes and cocktails were great!

Fantastic experience. Lovely friendly staff and amazing food, everything was delicious! You can get one broth or a split pot. We had shrimp balls, beef round eye, pork, a morfire mix veg, and a few extra veggies. We also had a seasonal drink the De Siam. Beautiful presentation with the smoke and it was so good. Highly recommended all around.

Had an incredible experience here. Somehow, my brother and I have never had hot pot before. This is Thai style hot pot. The broths were delicious and okay to drink straight which I understand is different than other styles of hot pot. Wish they had more variety of vegetables to choose from. I can’t wait to come back. Service was excellent, prices were fair.

What a gem! We had the split pot with beef broth and Tom Ka, with several types of veggies, meat and fish. Everything was delicious, and hot pot is such a fun experience! Plus very friendly service and a cozy small restaurant atmosphere. The cocktails were also fantastic, I ordered the Maroon Maroon which was delicious!Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian optionsDietary restrictions: We had a gluten free eater and a fish allergy in our group, and both were easy to accommodate. We just allocated only one of the split pots for each of those things.

Came here with my friend to do some catch up when I was visiting Seattle. We were craving something filling but healthy. What else would there be but hot pot!? To be honest, it wasn't the perfect weather for it, but it was still really good. PROS:- waste not want not: you order your hot pot ingredients in advance by checking them off a list. This helps eliminate food waste :) and also you can add more food if you're still hungry!- dual pot: some places only do the single pots, but I really like how we could try two different soup bases. - great flavors in the soups- great service for refills of the soups as well (we didn't have to ask for it or ask for water)CONS:- could have a little bigger selection of items on the hot pot ingredient list. - some of these servings are on the smaller end than what I'm used to.All in all, it's not a bad place for hot pot. I would definitely come here again especially since its close by to where my friends are. Sometimes convenience of location really makes a difference! We did come towards the later part of the night so there wasn't too many patrons remaining - i can't much for service during peak hours on that note.

We stopped into Morfire after arriving in Seattle on a cold day craving some hotpot. Morfire serves both family style and individual sized hotpot, along with some other appetizers and Thai inspired dishes. We ordered the mango milk tea, Thai tea, some of their Thai dishes, and the hotpot with beef, Tom yum, and herbal soup broths. For meat we ordered the pork belly, painted hill beef, and lamb slices. We also ordered chrysanthemum (tong ho), quail eggs, enoki mushrooms, bok choy, edamame, chilled tofu (hiyayakko), and the quail eggs wontons. The quail egg wontons were tasty. The chilled tofu was refreshing and light in flavor. The edamame were good and are hard to mess up.I liked the herbal broth the most. It starts off with a lighter flavor that deepens the more ingredients you add. The beef broth was very sweet and not my favorite, but was a good change from the herbal broth every now and then. The Tom yum was tasty, spiced, and sour but I quickly got tired of the flavor after just a spoonful.I felt the meat quality was very good and the serving sizes per plate were decent. We ordered 6 plates of meat to share between 3 people, including the other vegetables. The slices had decent marbling and tasted very fresh. My favorite was unexpectedly the pork belly. The drinks were just okay. The Thai tea tasted strongly of coconut milk/creamer and didn’t have much tea flavor, but was still decent. I was told the mango milk tea tasted like a mango lassi in tea form, and did not try it myself. The Thai dishes were also decent.I was a little hesitant visiting Morfire for hotpot at first but was pleasantly surprised with my experience. The hotpot itself was decent and hot the spot on a cold fall night. The portion sizes and pricing were not bad all things considered, but definitely leans toward the pricier side in my opinion.

Ordered the tom yum and beef broth for hotpot. beef broth was a bit sweeter than im used to and tom yum was rlly good if you like spicy and tangy. the meat we ordered was fresh and nicely plated. the mango milk tea tasted more similar to a mango lassi but still pretty good. thai tea was more on the creamy side. overall yummy food and would go again. great vibes all around :)

This place deserves all the good reviews. Highly recommend the hot pot, there are many options and each broth we've tried has been good! Attentive service as well - got a reservation same day on a weekend

Not the best hotpot I've had, but the restaurant is a fresh take given that they also serve side dishes and entrees. It was the perfect refuge on a rainy Seattle day and the sake was soothing.

Really nice staff & great environment for dinner with a small group of friends. Closes at 9pm but we were welcomed in with open arms at 8:20 - when I have been denied time over time on Broadway/15th in similar situations. The mango milk tea, which one waitress said she drank everyday, was a nice sweet treat. The food was fresh, delicious and filling, no one aspect was entirely outstanding, but the great environment and service made it a 5 star experience!
