WARNING: AVOID THIS NIGHTMARE OF A CLUB!
DO NOT GO HERE! This place is a complete disaster and downright unsafe, especially for women. I’ve suffered through three visits, and each one was worse than the last. The bouncers are ridiculously invasive, turning what should be a fun night out into a tense and uncomfortable experience.
To top it all off, my friends lost their wallets and were hit with outrageous charges at the bar. We were told a wallet had been found, but after endless emails, phone calls, and a wasted trip in person, the staff flat-out lied and were incredibly rude! They treated us like we were the problem!
This club is a scam! The staff is disrespectful, and the environment is toxic. If you want a fun night, do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this place. It’s the absolute worst club in Capitol Hill!

My friends and I had a TERRIBLE experience at this venue when my friends lost a phone and wallet. After leaving the club, my friend inquired about her wallet, and the staff initially said they had one. The next day, when I called to check on our items, the staff first claimed they had nothing, then backtracked and confirmed they had the phone. When we arrived to retrieve it, I asked again about the wallet, and the security guard was incredibly rude, insisting he had already told us three times that they didn’t have it. In reality, he had only mentioned it once and provided incorrect information about the phone. This was especially confusing since the staff had indicated the night before that they had a wallet. Even a random bystander called out the staff's aggressive rude behavior. Afterwards we went to Wildrose to ask about the lost wallet and had a total 180 experience. They were kind, compassionate, and respectful. If you want to support a queer bar go to Wildrose instead of this horrible place!

If you don't like Latin music, or "cumbia" don't go in. I paid a cover ordered drinks and didn't enjoy it. I won't have to give a low rating based on my musical taste

The security made me empty out all my pockets while they checked my ID and then never gave me my ID back. I’m nearly positive the staff stole my wallet. And more positive now that I’ve read consistent reviews addressing the predatory and hypermasculine nature of the staff.

A queer utopia, but only on Saturdays after midnight.

Chill dancefloor and nice bartender Evan. Safe Queer Space
Place could use more remixes and producers, DJs, and artists that do more than plan on their basic system. Let's vibe it up more y'all

I visited Seattle for Capitol City Block Party pride. Security guy was over the top checking under my hat twice. I was one of the first 3 people to enter at 9pm Friday.
Chappell Roan was performing outside, asked if I could go to the patio, lady said patio was closed. Asked if they could turn the music inside off (with three people inside trying to listen to the outside). Answer was a flat no, with hundreds of people outside that could've enjoyed a drink or place to sit.
Later I decide to go back at 5:30pm, on a Sunday. Patio was open this time...but they had a $15 cover cause there was going to be a pageant at 9pm. I'm gay but I guess that doesn't matter? In any case, this place is not very neighbourly.
The people at the bar treated us badly, selling us drinks a few minutes later, they snatched them from our mouths and threw them at us, they didn't even let us finish it, what a lack of respect ✊ and they told us that if we don't like it, we should return to Mexico ??

I have spent many years on this dance floor. From a time when we came in the back in the ally.
Wether I come alone or with friends this place has an energy that makes you feel as though you in the right place at the right time wherever you are on your journey.
The Lesbian community in Seattle does not have a lot of spaces let in Seattle to come and feel as if it is almost all for us. Our own space. So many spaces are now dominated by Gay and Queer males. Mostly White Gay and Queer males. Neighbors has always been that space that Gay and Queer women can go to in any generation and meet and be around other Gay and Queer women.
Should this be the time in it's journey to shift than I still remain thankful for the time and the friends, and the music and the gogo dancers and the feeling of belonging, and the great memories I will cherish always.
