I really enjoy the veggie corndogs, which are a pretty rare option to find at bars. They give you three, so it's a hearty dish. Service has been good each time as well. Caveat that the seating is a bit awkward, when they get busy and only two people are taking up one of the giant tables. But recommend grabbing your beer and killing time with pinball until a seat opens.
Good taplist, great service, the $1.50 tacos are way better than they have any right to be, and tax is included in the prices which should of course be the law. What's not to like??
Fun vibe and quirky unique decore. Friendly barkeepers. Separate pinball room with a good selection of machines and reasonable pwr play prices. Good food and some gluten free options for those who roll that way. Worth a stop in when you're in this neighborhood. Or a trip if you're seeking a decent meal, a fun decor, and a side of pinball.
