I purchased the packaged strawberries from this place and was disappointed to find that a majority of them were spoiled. It makes me question their commitment to ensuring the freshness and quality of their food.

This bagel shop is great! They have GF bagels and vegan options as well for ppl with dairy allergies. Elizabeth was really friendly and got to know my order over the week that I stayed at the hotel which made me feel special. The rest of the staff were friendly as well. My husband really liked the normal bagels as they have tons of options for everyone.Dietary restrictions: gf and dairy free options

Great fast customer service. The bagels on the other hand are not flavorful. I was looking for a fresh made bagel and what I got was a soft lack luster bagel. I got my bagel toasted but it did not have a crunch to it.This place wasn’t great and wasn’t bad. The consumer could find better.

My NY husband spit it back out- that is NOT a bagel was his comment. The cinnamon raisin bagel was bland as well. But what pissed us the most was the price. $5 for a plain untoasted bagel. Not in NY, Toronto, Vancouver or London UK for that matter has a single bagel been that expensive. Go elsewhere.

They are in the shape of bagels, but the are not "real" bagels. They are basically bread. The service was nice, but not good. We asked for our bagels to be toasted, repeating the request twice. And, of course, none of them were - only to be discovered blocks away. There are so many other options: I would try those.

I had a turkey club bagel and it was delicious. I liked that there was a good amount of turkey, bacon and avocado in the bagel. The bagel was also nicely toasted, while still being soft on the inside.

The bagel was ok for Seattle, but the amount of cream cheese that they provided was very substandard. I didn’t realize how substandard until I got back to my room and had to go back down to the shop and ask for extra. They seemed prepared for my request, like this happens a lot. Stop skimping on cream cheese.

Limited selection, but if you're really craving a good bagel, it's worth it! This location is inside the Hyatt hotel, so it might be hard to find.

Best hotel in downtown area, near convention center and walkable to best restaurants and tourist attractions. Room and bathroom are ten out of ten. The staff service is what you expect of a 5 start hotel. The cafe in the lobby has the best service and oat milk lattes.
Very clean and friendly staff. Hyatt has best breakfast of any major hotel. Small things mean a lot such as complimentary water bottles and free water filling station in lobby. Cotton swabs in room were a nice added touch.

Great location to the convention center! Very walkable, safe location. Access to bars and restaurants was great, anchorhead coffee was lovely, and shopping access was also close and lovely. 20 minute ride from the airport.

Big plusses were the location, service, cleanliness & housekeeping, and the lap pool. Parking is expensive if you have a car, but we appreciated the valet service. Overall, though, we would gladly stay here again and recommend it.

No self parking option at the hotel and the valet costs $58 per day. However, the reception kindly pointed me to the nearby self parking garage on the next block for $34 per day but no unlimited IN-N-OUT like parking at the hotel.

I stayed 3 nights here and thought it was great. Clean rooms, helpful staff, very well maintained pool and hot tub. My only complaint is the difficult to use thermostat and the strange electricity switch, otherwise my stay was great.
