This place was hopping and good quick service with tasty bagels and spreads, breakfast sandwiches and coffee. It's in the Hyatt at Olive 8 lobby and the servers were friendly and speedy. The tables were all full and turned over quickly. I got the jalapeno cheddar bagel with garlic & herb spread. The coffee was good. Prices were very reasonable.

A hidden gem for the vegans of Seattle. You can get a delicious vegan sausage, egg and cheese on a Seattle Bagel bagel. To make this miracle even more miraculous, they are open at 6 am on Sundays. I've already been back twice since discovering this place a couple weeks ago. Different employees each time, but the customer service is consistently excellent.

Very quiet on a Thursday late morning, so we were served straight away. I really enjoyed my yoghurt with berry compote, apple juice, salmon & cream cheese in a toasted garlic and mozzarella bagel - perfect tasty brunch. Only one worker behind the register but he was friendly and brought our food quickly. A bit on the expensive side, but most places are in downtown Seattle.
