Like the food here for vegetarians! But often there is a wait and the estimated wait time is usually very off (stated 20min but waited for close to an hour for a party of two…) 😅 just to keep in mind if you’re in a time crunch.
expect a bit of a wait (~30 min to an hour) upon visiting but there is only one staff running and taking orders so we didn’t mind at all :) heard this place was known for the best onigiri in the city, so we tried miso, ume and mentaiko. the sweet miso paste was overly salty,, but the portions for ume & mentaiko were great! the regular udon was super hearty and delicious but the curry udon was a little too spiced for my liking & from the average japanese curry...
This is a small, traditional Japanese restaurant with a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The space feels cozy, and the staff is very friendly. They offer a wide variety of onigiri, but the menu also includes donburi, musubi, udon, ippin dishes, and ochazuke.
I highly recommend it if you're looking for a more authentic and traditional Japanese dining experience. It's a great spot to enjoy classic Japanese comfort food in a relaxed setting.
