Made to order pizza. Finally after months and months the weather is nice and the pizza is fresh. What a combo.
First time having Oskar's pizza and it will not be the last. Met a few friends outside for a late birthday celebration and ordered two pizza. Amazing.
If you like pizza, flat yummy crust with great toppings. I would definitely give this truck a try.
Just had Oskar's delicious cheese pizza. Yum! A very good solid pizza slice. NY style. I am quite the pizza snob, having spent much of my life in and around NYC and New Haven and chasing down the best ones in those famed pizza meccas. Oskar's Pizza is a food truck serving traditional NY-style pizza that moves around the Puget Sound area. Their pies feature a thin, crispy crust that stays crisp despite being from a food truck. Toppings include pepperoni and Hawaiian with fresh pineapple. Slices are large and affordable at $4-$5 each. The pizza is flavorful, with a good balance of sauce, cheese, and crust. Customers praise the hand-tossed, tasty pizza and mention that it can be ordered by the slice, half, or whole, with the option to call ahead. The crust is praised for being incredible, though some note it is very thin and toppings can slide off. Service is friendly and fast, and the ambiance is great, especially when sitting to enjoy the view of the Olympic mountains. Fans hope the food truck will expand to the Eastside. The truck has a regular schedule in Puget Sound and often visits the VA on Wednesdays and Fridays.
