I’m from NYC and honestly this place scratched the itch. Very good pizza and the best slice I’ve had since I moved to Seattle - the pepperoni was amazing and they have fountain soda which is a huge plus. If you’re looking for a NY slice away from NY I highly recommend

Pagliacci always delivers great-tasting pizza and is super convenient coming out of the Arboretum and for nearby neighborhoods. Usually, the pizza is ready to go right away, but today there was a big dinner rush and our order came out about 20 minutes late. The team handled it wonderfully by giving us complimentary pizza slice and ice cream, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Consistently delicious food and top-notch customer service.

If you check dumpster after close they sometimes have whole pizzas in there and it’s clean. They are right on top.
I come in, person who greeted me was super nice. Seems like it was slow as there were one 2 people in the dining area and the rest of staff behind just talking. I get two slices and a Cesar salad.
Im waiting 10 minutes until the person comes over and tells me she burnt the pizza because she forgot it in the oven. Another couple minutes goes by. She apologizes.. then I ask about my salad and she looks confused. Having 1 other person come in, served, then out. I finally get my food.
Does anyone here actually work? Done tipping extra for horrible service. This tipping culture is getting out of hand and with no repercussions..

The Madison Pagliaci Pizza is the best Pizza in Seattle. The pizza is delicious; but the real secret ingredients are the wonderful people who make it: Ariel, Sammie, Eli, Kerrs, Matt, and (one name we could not quite discern).
They made a stressful evening at our home lovely by making our Pizza special. Thank you, wonderful people.
