I had jury duty and how wonderfully convenient that Pan de La Selva is one block from the Municipal Court. The Seattle Times just did an article about how amazing they are and how they are also “hidden in plain sight” which is 100% accurate. They’re located on the corner of Cherry & 4th in what appears to be a tiny glass box. Don’t be fooled, there’s tons of space if you open the door and go in!!

I loved the vibe inside, colorful, playful and inviting....
My favorite pastry was the lemon pepita frangipan concha. The flavors were nicely balanced - not overly sweet. I loved the way the filling contrasted with what would typically be a drier pastry. Pleasant space to escape the downtown hustle ❤️
Randomly discovered this place after the Seahawks parade! We were hungry and thirsty and thought it looked cute so stopped in. We were so pleasantly surprised to find all kinds of Latin American pastries and goodies! They were all new to us and looked so amazing in the case, but we eventually settled on an ube cinnamon roll (canela?) and the guava matcha latte.
