Tucked upstairs from a Chinese restaurant, Paper Fan Cocktail Bar is a tiny, cozy speakeasy with a unique vibe. The space only fits about 20 people, making it an intimate spot for good conversations. The cocktails are gorgeous, visually stunning, and often on the stronger side, with lots of cool flavors and fruit-forward options. Some reviewers found the drinks incredibly unique and enticing, while others felt many were just okay and not quite on par with top-tier Seattle bars. The bar food, like the chicken karaagi, is a great way to start, and finishing downstairs for hand pulled noodles is recommended.
