I just don’t love it. We live nearby, so I’ve been 20+ times. Everything is fine. The scones are above average, and I like the Parisian sandwich, but most other pastries are a bit heavy without much flavor payoff. The staff are also fine, sometimes a bit snarky. I wouldn’t go unless I lived here.

Really wanted to love this place, as it was highly recommended to visit after an apartment tour in the area. Our food and beverages were super good (albeit a little pricey), but my partner misheard the employee’s question at the register and gave her email instead of her name, where he proceeded to then go around to his coworkers to tell them and laugh in front of us. Not a great look. We both work in service and understand a little laugh at a guest after something silly...

Definitely one of the best bakeries i’ve tried in Seattle. The flavor selection alone sets this place apart. Great mix of sweet, savory, and atypical flavor combos. I will say, they need to change the pistachio cream inside the pistachio pan au chocolat. It’s gritty and there’s definitely better options out there. Even with that thought, the pastry was great & chocolate ration was just right. Id go out of my way to have this again
