It is dangerous to know a pho place this good is right across the street from my new apartment. I checked out Than Brothers down the street first since I knew the name, but left underwhelmed and decided to look up reviews online - glad I did, because that led me here. I had the Pho Tai bowl with egg rolls, and everything was delicious. Will definitely be back here!

This is my new favorite lunch stop in Ballard! The customer service was spectacular, and the prawn spring rolls were perfect. Both my friend and I had vermicelli bowls which were spectacular. The pricing was clear and charging was accurate. The tables are set up to be well-oiled machines, which really helps with service and eating. I will definitely be back.

Horrible customer service. There is a misunderstanding of charging and I paid extra then initially thought and when I ask to refund on the phone, the manager kept blaming me as the person who didn't point out the problem at the store and eventually said ''don't need to come back, we don't want to serve you'' after I tried hard to explain and negotiate. Tell you what, there are tons of Pho place in this area and I don't care a bit. I don't care to pay those extra dollars but nobody likes to be ripped off. Instead of making up for the customer, you guys put guilt and shame on people. Good luck to your business.
