We shared a sour cherry pie slice and a quiche, and both were delicious. No espresso drinks here, this is a pie shop.

I came in within minutes of closing expecting to be turned away but was instead welcomed and treated to a delicious slice of pie to cap off my prior dinner. Super friendly staff!

Warm inviting atmosphere, friendly staff, and excellent pies! You can tell the person/people making these recipes care/s about quality ingredients and flavor. They have the classics like apple, cherry, coconut cream pie, and other seasonals, and then add in fun flavors like cranberry apple crumble. You can get it by the slice or whole pie and they have great stock daily which is impressive. I haven't had a bad flavor yet and am lucky (cursed?) that they are near home for me.

Excellent pies! The crust is flaky and the fillings are delicious. We had slices of the maple pecan, sour cherry, and cran apple. All three home runs! Counting down the days to the next time we treat ourselves to Pie Bird ☺️

I walked in and the smell took my breath away, I knew I was in the right place. All the pies looked so delicious and I saw pies I’ve never seen before. Not only do they have pies but they also have quiche. Their new flavor chorizo onion definitely was a pick for me. I took it to go and the kind lady rang me up and told me to put it in the oven at 350F for about five minutes.Which I did and it was the best quiche I have ever had, be sure to stop by you will not be disappointed.

Best pies in Seattle, the crust is to die for. Don’t sleep on the Chicken Pot Pies or the Chocolate Chess Pies.
