Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in Seattle

“We had a friend from Australia come visit and she says she really wanted to try Popeyes so we decided to take her to one. We were at the Southcenter Mall then while wandering around then we spotted a Popeyes which was very fortuitous. It was a little over 30 minutes before the mall was closing and we saw they were cleaning up but they were okay with allowing us to order so we got 8 pc chicken and a strawberry lemonade. The cashier was kind but you can tell they were trying to get the order done fast but not in a super rude way. We did get our food relatively fast and I appreciate that they provide the beverage right away as I was really thirsty.

The counter top was clean. The necessary utensils, sauces and straws were well stocked too. They do a have kiosk you can order from but you can also order from them as they said the kiosk gets shut down 30 minutes before they close.“

“Edit: After my poor experience last time. I decided to give this location a try again and THIS time they did not disappoint. The chicken was freshly made (all of it was there) and of course delicious. Also customer service reached out to me and gave me points. I will say they accidentally gave me mashed potatoes instead of red beans and rice but the chicken is vastly improved from last time so it's okay.“
