My recent experience with Popeyes left much to be desired. I placed an order online, expecting a smooth and efficient process for pickup. However, upon arriving at the restaurant 40 minutes later, I was dismayed to find that my order had not been prepared.The wait time was unacceptable, especially considering the convenience promised by online ordering.
