I just can’t believe these 5 star reviews? I just had a terrible experience here and can’t quite wrap my head around it. The staff must have been having a bad night, but it was like our server was avoiding us all night. The first pretzel was fine and the beer is great. Credit where credit is due for the heavy pours. But all downhill from there. The Seattle Bratwurst Sandwich was sad. It had all of my favorite ingredients in it but I could taste the sadness/hate of whoever made it. It just wasn’t good and was pretty small of what the menu described as a “meal”. Weirdly I was still hungry after an app and “meal” so I ordered the only dessert option - a desert pretzel. It was SO hard, like our group of three gave up trying to cut it. It also tasted like sadness covered with whipped cream…
I’m just so confused because my group came here specifically for all the stellar reviews and we left all commenting on how dissatisfied we were with the food and service. If you like good German beer and nothing else then come here.
I’ve been to Germany and their notoriously cool customer service was better than what we experienced.

I absolutely love Prost! My partner and I have been weekly regulars here for several years. The vibes, food, and drinks are impeccable, and the punch card reward system makes it fun to drink there. We’ve each earned a shirt, hoodie, wall plaque, and stein, and several badges on each of our steins! The bartenders are so kind and welcoming. Sunday movie night is the best!

Ummm, YES ! SERVICE a 12. FOOD an 11. BEER an 11. Was here during the Greenwood Car Show and everybody that was working here was having fun, joking, and laughing with each other regardless of being overly busy. They did not have bad attitudes, pissed off, or disgruntled because of today's event. Very admiral. Place looked extremely organized and clean. This place is obviously well managed with top notch employees. Don't hesitate to enjoy this place. Very impressive.
Best German beer selection that I found close to Seattle. Liter of beer a little pricey, but awesome big beer. Food was really good and service great too. Cool little joint

Went here specifically for their pretzel. I was double charged, and when I contacted them for them to issue me a refund for the double charge, their response was "well, file a dispute with your bank, not our problem". Liked this place before this happened but will not be going back. Terrible customer service from the MANAGER who I contacted about this matter. If a 0 review was possible, they have definitely earned a 0
