Went here specifically for their pretzel. I was double charged, and when I contacted them for them to issue me a refund for the double charge, their response was "well, file a dispute with your bank, not our problem". Liked this place before this happened but will not be going back. Terrible customer service from the MANAGER who I contacted about this matter. If a 0 review was possible, they have definitely earned a 0

Went here on our way to Seattle to watch the Germany vs Spain Euro Cup 2024 game. The pub was really busy and lively. It was exciting and extremely fun!!
We did not order any food but my husband had some beers, and he enjoyed them! I would recommend this pub ... Cheers ?

I love to visit Prost whenever I’m in the Phinney Ridge neighborhood. The staff is terrific. They are very friendly and attentive. You’re never a stranger there because everyone will welcome you into a conversation. You should always order a pretzel. Soups are great, too!
