We have been eating at the Varsity Inn for 40 years. It has always been consistently good. It is a family owned and operated diner. The meals are made from whole ingredients chopped and prepared at the restaurant. Servings are large, so bring an appetite. They are flexible when cooking for your tastes and special diet. Pretty good for a basic breakfast. The steak and eggs was quite good. Not super fast service. Plan on being there a bit.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bread and Bob's Redmill gf pancakes
