Red Pepper is a great spot for classic Sichuan-style dishes in Seattle! The 水煮鱼 was flavorful and spicy, with tender fish and plenty of aromatics. The 尖椒肥肠 had a good wok-charred flavor and just the right heat from the peppers. The 鱼香肉丝 was savory, slightly sweet, and balanced well with the other dishes. This has been my favorite restaurant in the udistrict to take my family and friends for years. I came here for my birthdays, PhD defense, graduation weekend, etc…. Great vibes, awesome food, Chinese parents approved. You will not be disappointed!
