This place doesn't have a vision. They have 30+ toppings which is great if you can't decide what you want, but it messes them up if they try to have a cohesive idea. The canoli aren't made in house and the company they order them from are always stale. The meatballs taste old and boiled. Definitely avoid this place unless you like burning money for warmth. They have zero respect for pizza or the sides they offer because they can't get any one specific thing right.
Thanks Matt and team at The Ridge. Delicious pizza tonite — perfectly baked, chewy, but not too thick crust and generous, tasty toppings. Matt and staff are super conscientious during pickup ensuring good hygiene / social distancing. Great job- highly recommend. Thank you for serving such satisfying food under these challenging circumstances.
