As someone missing Mexican food truck cuisine since switching to a full vegan lifestyle, Rojo’s comes the closest to scratching that itch so far. On entering I was happy to see they had plenty of seating and friendly staff. I only had the tacos Al pastor to try with rice+beans and just by appearance alone it was already taking me way back. I could hardly wait that I had to pull over and have a taco on my way home and it was everything I missed about authentic Mexican food truck fare. Will definitely be back but won’t be soon enough!

i was here Saturday, 30 March. I was so taken back by, not only finding this place by CHANCE, but also it being safe for me to eat based on it being plant based foods. (Vegans we won with this place!) what a heaven this place is and the people serving & making the food are angels, in my opinion. It's kind of small inside, but that's not even an issue, considering you can just get it to go. I've never been in Washington state, let alone Seattle. this place, tho, makes me wanna run it DIRECTLY back & come again. RUN, DON'T WALK TO THIS PLACE.Vegetarian options: All items are plant-based. but be encouraged to ask other questions to the staff!Dietary restrictions: all items are plant based. but be encouraged to ask other questions to the staff!

Rojo's is a fully vegan restaurant in seattle that serves up a variety of mexican food including tacos, tortas, quesadillas and more. Staff at the restaurant were very friendly and happy to answer questions. They have four choices of protein when we stopped in on a Friday night about an hour from closing. Asada, chicken, al pastor and carnitas. The asada was all out, we were told that asada is the fastest to sell out usually. I got a taco plate with three different proteins. You can make it a meal by adding beans and rice. They have delicious homemade salsas as well. All of the proteins were delicious, clearly a lot of thought and preparation has gone into them with lots of flavor and a great texture. The taco was served with diced white raw onion and cilantro. We were served on compostable plates with compostable cutlery and the drink cup was recyclable, so there was thought put into the sustainability factor. They celebrated their one year anniversary yesterday so be sure to stop by and help them celebrate many more to come!Vegetarian options: Menu is all vegan.Dietary restrictions: Menu is all vegan.

The food is ok - but the asada is super sour like it has triple lime. And don’t come on workday lunch time. I’ve been waited for a simple burrito for 30 min.

Great food at a decent price, decent wait times, and relatively good taste in music for a restaurant. I go here every time I need to eat out

Had my first burrito here yesterday - just as great as I'd heard. Will definitely be my go-to lunch stop or delivery.

I got a burrito to-go from rojo's at the arc'teryx event at VW and it was SO delicious and filling! I have been sorely missing good vegan Mexican food in Seattle, so it was such a joy to find Rojo's. But vegan or not, it's a must try - the plant-based meats are flavorful and hearty! I also got to chat with the owner who was so cool and down to earth. Looking forward to checking out the Pioneer Square restaurant soon!

Name (who?)

Well seasoned and cooked non-meat options which are convincingly meaty and delicious. Everything I've had here has been worth the money, better value burritos here than most places in Seattle.Parking: Spots on the street, paid, high turnover so usually something open or around the block some spot
