Collins Pub is a super chill place with probably some of the best fish and chips in a while. The Tower Steak Sandwich is one of the best in Seattle, cooked perfectly. The beer selection is decent. A lovely surprise find near The Courtyard Downtown/Pioneer Square, with a welcoming atmosphere. The clam and corn chowder is delicious, and the burger is top-notch. The house salad is huge and satisfying. The staff, including Rebecca, are welcoming and engaging. A great neighborhood pub with a wonderful chef and a delightful manager. Cheers to a great dining experience at Collins Pub!
